.— gather — /ˈɡaTHər/
"Come together; assemble or accumulate.
Bring together and take in from scattered places or sources".
A Note From Natalie —
What does it mean to gather, to collect, to bring together?
Gathering can be many things. It can be the physical collection of things, an assembly of people or of ideas and experiences. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to travel to many new and exciting places, chasing the sun across the globe. While I gathered a lot of magical and transformative experiences, I also found myself gathering and collecting little material pieces of each place to take home with me. As you can imagine these things pile up quickly and soon I was overwhelmed with all this stuff.
So in a quest to better align with the notion of "fewer better things" while still satisfying my deep love for collecting beautiful art - I have chosen a new way to gather. A way that feels more balanced - flowing from one hand to another.
A harmonious exchange from me to you. In honour of the idea of impermanence and the movement of material things through space and time.

So in light of this:
We are embarking on a new side project with Arraei Collective - one that amplifies the notion of a collective. Introducing our newest collection:
THINGS GATHERED
A collection of things gathered from across the seas. From my adventures around the world, from artists and artisans far and wide. Some of these treasures are from artists we can name and some are lost in time. Some are old and ancient, and some are new.
.
For your pleasure, and mine.
A way to connect with cultures, people, places and time...

These images are all taken by my Fiancé David Karnezos on our recent road trip through British Columbia, Canada.
.
We searched for beautiful spots that captured the unique essence of each of these dresses.
.
I hope you feel alive wearing these pieces - they have traveled far and wide and found a new home on your body.
