*all orders ship from Ontario, Canada*

Orders  that contain "preorder" items will ship at once when preorder item is ready to ship, we do not split orders and ship separately. If you wish to receive your other items that are ready to ship earlier, you will need to make separate purchases. Please take note of the estimated ship dates on each preorder product page, these are estimated dates based on our production schedules and are subject to change. We do our best to get you your orders as fast as possible, but please be patient with us as we are a slow fashion business and sometimes things affect shipping dates that are beyond our control.

Canada & USA

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $300

  • All orders within Canada are shipped CANADA POST unless customer chooses faster shipping option with UPS
  • Orders are processed same business day if made before 3pm, or next business day.
  • All orders to USA are shipped CANADA POST EXPEDITED unless customer chooses faster shipping option with UPS

We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Arraei Collective does not take responsibility for packages lost or returned-to-sender due to incomplete or incorrect addresses given by the customer.

International Shipping

  • All international orders are shipped with UPS EXPEDITED WORLDWIDE shipping.
  • Orders are processed same business day if made before 3pm, or next business day.

 

Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region. Refusal to pay your duties will result in the package being destroyed or sent to unclaimed goods, and will not result in a refund or store credit from Arraei Collective. Please note that an incomplete or incorrect address may result in the package being sent to unclaimed goods, at which point we are unable to recover the package and the loss will rest with the customer. 

We are not held responsible for Customs delays, or lost or stolen parcels.
